we took a menty h day from work as trevor and i were both feeling pretty low. what was supposed to be a small jaunt to the college heights tims and back ended up being a long journey up along st lawrence avenue in southridge. great elevation today helped make the brain feel great. i think this area will require one more walk, then we'll be off to conquer westgate.
