malcolm (cat) has ibd, and we connected some very bad situations to the treats. yet! we had just bought a new bag. not throwing that out! so roxy, who lives deep in heritage, offered to take the bag. so that was today's goal.
a frustrating walk because my back hurt quite a bit. im already a yogi and in great shape, so i think it may be the shoes. got any tips there? let me know. thanks!
