Today I had a close encounter with a moose, it was terrifying. A man came home from work right as I felt the dread as the mom was coming near me, his car scaring her away. I'll take a black bear encounter any day over the uncertainty of a moose. Cryptid-like in size and aura, moose are so frightful to be around.

Fortunately, the rest of the walk was great. I injured my back late last week and woke up on Saturday in a lot of pain. I had planned on a huge excursion through some area's I've never been before and I was crushed to not be able to take that walk. My mental health can be measured in how deeply I am currently into an incremental game at the moment and, well, we can just say saturday was incremental.

Running out of quick post-work walks to do, so I'll be utilizing transit soon. I made a sick little cinnamon desklet to tell me when all the next busses are coming to my house. I think next week we should do some of the Cresents or Alward-Johnson area to give me a break from the cul-de-sac heavy areas.
